The story began in 1995 when RDL Magyarország Kft., originally under English ownership, was established. The company’s scope of activities included pharmaceutical labor recruitment and labor outsourcing, and at the time employed two people: the company’s present owner Attila Pál, and Mariann Tál Ventiv Group’s Managing Director. As a result of continuous development the company can now boast of a team nearly twenty strong.
To reach its present state, however, the company underwent a journey both rife with challenge and extraordinary in its success.
In 1999 the English and Hungarian RDL ended up in American ownership, and was listed listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange under the name Ventiv Health.
In 2003 the company fell under 100% Hungarian ownership, and following its acquisition of MedRep Kft. became the market leading HR service provider for Pharma companies in Hungary.
From almost the very outset the company employed medical representatives in the framework of outsourcing assignments. In 2008, building on the weight of the experience underlying the activity, it created its own brand in the field by the name Ventiv SFOTM.
One year later the well-known service brands united under the name Ventiv Group:
